We collect only the information needed to respond to website inquiries. We do not sell visitor data or create student profiles through this website.
Information we receive
When you submit an inquiry, we receive the adult contact name, email address, phone number, city, organisation, selected area of interest and message you provide. Competition inquiries may include a general grade or age band, but should not include a student's birth date or other sensitive information.
How we use it
Information is emailed to authorised STEMx Global team members so they can answer your inquiry, discuss a partnership or provide competition information. Form submissions are not stored in a website database.
Security and spam prevention
The form uses server-side validation, request throttling and an automated spam check. Technical request information may be processed briefly for those security checks.
Third-party services
Cloudflare Turnstile may process limited technical information to distinguish genuine visitors from automated spam. Sanity hosts public news and program content but does not receive inquiry submissions.

You can ask us to correct or delete inquiry information by calling +92 343 3396582. Avoid sending sensitive personal information through the form.

This notice may be updated when website services change. The current version is effective from June 2026.
